This site is run by 2HAAS, a digital systems agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. If you have a question about this policy or your data, email [email protected].
The short version
- The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.
- If you send us a brief, we use what you wrote to reply to you. Nothing else.
- Videos from YouTube load only after you press play.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete anything you've sent us, at any time.
What we collect when you browse
Nothing, directly. The site is a set of static pages. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so browsing does not send requests to Google Fonts or other third parties.
Like any web host, the service that hosts these pages may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and reliability. We don't use those logs to identify or profile visitors.
What we collect when you send a brief
The contact form asks for three things: your name, your email address and a description of your project.
To keep track of form submissions abuse, we also collect a few technical details with your brief: your IP address, the type of browser you're using, and so on.
- What we use it for. Replying to your enquiry and, if the project goes ahead, running it. The technical details are used only to filter spam and abuse.
- Who sees it. The 2HAAS team. We don't sell, rent or share your details with anyone else.
- How long we keep it. As long as we need it to respond and to keep reasonable business records. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Embedded video
Some pages include video hosted on YouTube. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and show a still image until you press play, so nothing loads from YouTube before then. Once you play a video, YouTube may set cookies and collect data under Google's own policy.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you,
- correct anything that's wrong,
- delete your information,
- stop sending you the occasional note.
Email [email protected] and we'll respond within one business day, the same as any other message.
Changes to this policy
If what the site collects changes (for example, if we add analytics), we'll update this page and the date at the top.
